So, we have a bit of flexibility on this. The character that lost his prosthetic belonged to a moderator (who is answering you now!) and I chose this because his prosthetic in life was too advanced for the setting and because I wanted to give him an early goal. But also it was just one arm and he was capable of functioning without it. However, we have other characters who have kept their mobility aids and other such items because they're needed to move or function. (Ex. all characters with glasses get to keep said glasses, Grace Holloway arrived with a cane, ect.)
All that is to say is that it's completely fine for Fizzarolli to have his prosthetics, but the ones he'd have initially would be reduced to bare essentials. Just what he needs to move around. But through activity bonuses, he could put together the funds for upgrades to something more akin to what he had before! (With time period-appropriate adjustments, of course.)
