So, currently we have one other disabled character who did not come with his prosthetic arm, but he also doesn't need it to get around and the player was okay with it being missing. If your character needs their cane to walk then they will be given a simplistic replacement by the ferryman! They show up with their glasses, no questions asked.

(Side note: one of the mods super jazzed to see a Bioshock 2 character joining up!)
