The mod team is canonblind to Umbrella Academy and any reasoning for having those tattoos, so if they're something he'd want gone for any reason, he could have the tattoos' removal be part of his agreement to come into Pumpkin Hollow, and similarly in the opposite direction if he'd want to keep them and/or get any missing ones back!
