I agree with you. If things are changing, even if it's new plants that aren't native, there's a reason for it. Be it birds travelling from a different location and distributing them, the weather changing to allow long dormant seeds to germinate or something else. And for those that migrate they must be going somewhere in the off season. Are they able to pass the barrier or are they simply somewhere on the island not fully explored? I'm told there's a promising location for such things, I believe it was called Paradesium?

Though I think there's value in starting small, sometimes the big picture obscures the finer details. I'll look into these areas you've indicated and return to you with my findings.

I'd be delighted to meet and exchange knowledge and notes! I'm in the library a few times a week so that would work out perfectly.

I shall see what I can uncover in the meantime.
