"Thietmar is harvesting some of the spinach from the planter boxes," Eddie says, pointing to the barn. "And Maris's boy is watering the coffee plants in the greenhouse. Or you can help by collecting eggs for me to check for baby chicks. Up to you."

Then, Eddie scratches at the back of his neck, looking thoughtful for a moment before admitting, "Mairi's nice. But I still kind of expect to see Milo on that farm."
