Eddie stands up. "Angel is out in the greenhouse. I'll go get him, and then I'll get the letter that Milo and I found buried. The locket can stay where it is for now." (The farmhouse doesn't have a proper attic, just a small loft space, too short for someone to stand up in. But it's plenty of space to hide a small box with a piece of jewelry inside it.)
"We think it's Harriet Leeds's locket. Or her wife Linette's. Part of the reason I didn't want to talk about it to a bunch of folks was... I didn't want Dahlia to lay claim to it if it's dangerous."
Eddie walks out to go grab Angel from the greenhouse. And when the two of them come back in, Eddie leaves Angel and River in the kitchen so he can get the letter itself to show River.
