"A proper maid sees to the well-being of their mistress's guests; they keep the home and attend to their mistress in all things. They are trusted with the mistress's money and her shopping, with sensitive documents, to speak with their mistress's voice and to convey her will." Her voice is dipping into a purr. "Intimate matters are the providence of a talented maid as well - to care for and style hair, to draw and assist in bathing, to help dress one's mistress and prepare her for social affairs. It is a position of no small skill and quite great expectations, Mister Jeff, but the rewards are equally great. Consider for a moment how these experiences might be of assistance in the mysterious and complex arena of romance, in attending to your own finances and discipline...and of course, you would live here, with significant amounts of privacy and free time, with my listening ear while you work on your art so that you needn't choose between the privacy to practice or the help of an audience.
