The expression that César gets at first is a shocked look, blue eyes blown wide as his words sunk into Dabi's mind. There was a still silence between them before suddenly Dabi was a flurry of motion. César had said girlfriend, which meant that he wasn't a threat to her but...everyone was a threat to them until they weren't, at least in Dabi's mind.

Without even a word César would suddenly find the front of his shirt grabbed as he pushed back against the nearest surface. Eyes that were once shocked are practically a blazing inferno.

One of the few people that Dabi had ever felt protective over, the person Dabi wasn't there to protect. Sorry there César, you are on the wrong end of man who lost someone who made him feel like maybe he wasn't completely worthless. She had flirted and complimented him like no one else had ever dared to. Most were grossed out by his appearance and thought his attitude left a lot to be desired, but not Magne. He had mourned her, cremated what had been left since none of the others had the heart to do what had to be done, and now he was finding out she was here? Alive!? He doesn't even notice the blood leaking from the seems around his eyes, the sick mockery of tears that he hadn't been able to shed since he was a child.
