There's a longer silence as Dabi seems to be searching for something in César's face. Looking for any clue the guy could be lying, but when he finds none of what he's looking for the flame is gone in a puff of smoke and something like burnt...hair? Skin? It's not great whatever it is. But Dabi lets go and at least this time there aren't any scorch marks in the guys shirt.

"What, that something that happens to you a lot?" Arms folded over Dabi's chest, he just stares at César. That same bored neutral expression back now that he's not actively threatening the poor guy.
