Leon doesn't make the connection between the statements 'I rather doubt I'd be a woman to thee' and 'Some what are not thee, they call me Lyubov', unfamiliar with the names he's been given and their respective gendered connotations. What he is able to understand is that yeah, sure, sometimes you have different names for different people. His assumption is that it's a familiarity thing, but he takes it in stride, nodding along and heading for the inn - being careful to keep pace with Lev so as not to leave them behind.
"Yeah, seems like it would be. I've only got what I was wearing when I showed up, and I'm not looking forward to figuring that out when these get too dirty. Clothes don't seem cheap here, and it doesn't seem like they've figured out laundromats yet."

In any case, they reach the Oak and Iron without too much fuss, and Leon has a brief moment of second-guessing himself before deciding to err on the side of politeness, stepping forward and holding the door open for Lev.
