Baker Ranch Upgrade, Level 3

John would like to upgrade Baker Ranch to Level 3 for 2000 Brass. Included with this upgrade, besides general quality of life improvements like better tools and such, John would like to add some amenities:

Workshop: more like 'work shed,' a new construction on the property that's about 10x18 (feet cause I'm a filthy American XD) to house more formal production of this new little endeavor under the Baker Ranch label: a small line of artisanal products made with forage from the local forest! There will be things like teas & home remedies, but their most popular stuff will probably be their dandelion food products: wine, syrup, and with the aid of John's "inside man," NPC Tasha who waits tables at the Oak & Iron, a new salad on the inn's menu: The Co-Bao Special, featuring fresh, peppery dandelion greens from the heart of Northwest Hollow.

Stablehand: one PC slot for employment (as of the time of this upgrade, it's being offered to ranch resident Edgar, but conceptually would be open for any player to fill should he change jobs or leave the game). This would include room & board (i.e., benefit the hired player with employment as a farmer, and a house addition to provide a dedicated living space for said employee--on par in size & quality to the master bedroom).

Ranch Expansion: this includes a small expansion of his forest plot to preserve some nearby wild growing plants near the edges of his property line, a modest enlargement of the chicken coop and the barn, plus some minor kennel additions to the house for the future acquisition of a new dog to serve as a hunting aid, security precaution, and general pest control.

Horses: Baker Ranch is now breeding horses professionally! Anyone in game who acquires a new horse is welcome to actively purchase from John, or just say their horse came from him for flavor text. :P
