This is also where you submit special purchase requests. Whenever you want to buy something not listed in the shops, such as a custom item that doesn’t have a specified price, you will need to make a purchase request to have a price issued to you. Special items that must be acquired through the Shady Merchant can be requested here and purchased here. You will also need to inform the bank when you upgrade your home or business, change jobs, or start a new business!

However, for non-upgrade items with predetermined prices such as your grocery budget, you can just add them to your ledger without making a formal request. This also includes items with previously determined prices as found in the buyer's guide.

Ellarinne would like to receive an estimate on the cost of opening a new restaurant in town! The intended atmosphere will be a casual dining experience, although she will also be willing to provide catering or fine dining on request for an additional surcharge. The dishes offered will be a fusion of Marrow Island and Azerothian cuisine, especially the tastes and techniques favored by the mariners of Kul Tiras and Iskaara and the homey, comforting cooking of Pandaria.

Cost Estimate

Dedue would like an estimate for the cost of opening a business that is essentially a combined restaurant and cultural center. It would archive information about different cultures represented in PH and would aim to replicate dishes as faithfully as possible, based on interviews and input from residents.

Infernal Arms & Armor Upgrade

River is upgrading her forge, Infernal Arms & Armor, to Level 2 for 800 Brass. Per prior discussion, some additional amenities:

- Two apprentices to teach and to handle the bitch work, elven youths by the names Ashwood & Sulana.

- Tools and work space to provide enchantments in the style of her canon. For armor this is fairly basic and also double-edged; most armors from River's canon are inscribed with magic-resistant runes, which also make it hard to cast magic. For tools and weapons, River will usually need something with a sympathetic resonance or, even better, pre-existing magic that is similar or identical. That is, if you want a face mask that helps you breathe water, a siren's scales would be real fucking handy for that.

- Additional tools for machining parts and other fiddly jobs.
