This is also where you submit special purchase requests. Whenever you want to buy something not listed in the shops, such as a custom item that doesn’t have a specified price, you will need to make a purchase request to have a price issued to you. Special items that must be acquired through the Shady Merchant can be requested here and purchased here. You will also need to inform the bank when you upgrade your home or business, change jobs, or start a new business!

However, for non-upgrade items with predetermined prices such as your grocery budget, you can just add them to your ledger without making a formal request. This also includes items with previously determined prices as found in the buyer's guide.

Level 3 business upgrade

As discussed for the low low price of 2600 brass, Darcy is going to be purchasing + renovating a run-down restaurant, newly renamed La Veritable Dragon Rouge.

It won't be open for business for a couple of months to reflect the time spent training staff and fixing the place up. The restaurant will be run brigade-style, and specifically aim to give jobs to people with a history of trouble with the law looking to turn their lives around.

Features:

-Fancy experimental nouveaux cuisine style menu, emphasizing paddock to plate freshness and seasonal eating
-Root and wine cellar for continuing service over winter
-Named Npcs include:

West Keyes, an ex-pirate moon elf who has been a layabout since the barrier went up due to a bad reputation, sous chef.
Lydia Ironsworth, a dwarf ex-smuggler having to do manual labour since the barrier went up, sommelier
Wentworth Duke, half-orc who fled from a murder he committed on the mainland and got stuck when, again, the barrier went up, maitre d'.

Other jobs and positions can be filled by npcs or pcs as needed.
