This is also where you submit special purchase requests. Whenever you want to buy something not listed in the shops, such as a custom item that doesn’t have a specified price, you will need to make a purchase request to have a price issued to you. Special items that must be acquired through the Shady Merchant can be requested here and purchased here. You will also need to inform the bank when you upgrade your home or business, change jobs, or start a new business!

However, for non-upgrade items with predetermined prices such as your grocery budget, you can just add them to your ledger without making a formal request. This also includes items with previously determined prices as found in the buyer's guide.

Assorted Price Check Requests

Tayrey won't be able to afford any of this until after AC, but I thought I'd ask about prices for it all in one go so I can just update her ledger when the time comes, and for repeat purchases.

Clothing:
She wants to replicate, as closely as possible, her uniforms from back home. She'll have detailed sketches and requirements for her chosen tailor and wants them all high-quality and made to measure. (I'm guessing 1-3 can come with suitable underclothes/accessories too.)

1. Smart collared shirt, military-style trousers with lots of pockets, double-breasted jacket with shiny buttons and embroidered trim, silver star insignia and patches, sturdy boots.
2. Practical hardwearing coveralls, again with personalised insignia and patches.
3. Formal tunic and long, full skirt for special occasions. Extra embroidery on this. It's fancy - but not impractical, she could still work or fight in it if she had to.
4. Very long woollen winter coat.

5. Edited after discussion: a good quality classic revolver plus ammunition.

6. Prepping supplies - she is the sort to stockpile non-perishable food and other useful supplies (fuel, medicine, etc.) in case of shortages. It seems fairer for her to have to pay extra for an initial outlay instead of me just playing out her saving a bit from her grocery budget each month to build a cushion.

7. Shady merchant suggestion - two documents on little rolls of flexible plastic. These are her qualification and identification papers. Purely sentimental value at this point but would make her very happy to have.

Hey! Apologies for the delay, but here's what we got, adding prices beside the numbers for easy viewing:

1) Classic Clothing, 200B

4) Winter Coat, 100B
5) Revolver with ammunition, 100B
6) This can largely be hand-waived! If you give her bountiful or lavish groceries, you can make a note that either a small stash of supplies or a large one (depending on the former or latter) has been saved from it. No mathing out of grocery specifics necessary!
7) Shady merchant suggestion taken, price TBD when we get the current roster of special requests ready to launch!
