This is also where you submit special purchase requests. Whenever you want to buy something not listed in the shops, such as a custom item that doesn’t have a specified price, you will need to make a purchase request to have a price issued to you. Special items that must be acquired through the Shady Merchant can be requested here and purchased here. You will also need to inform the bank when you upgrade your home or business, change jobs, or start a new business!

However, for non-upgrade items with predetermined prices such as your grocery budget, you can just add them to your ledger without making a formal request. This also includes items with previously determined prices as found in the buyer's guide.

These are already priced out, but I'm just making it official and giving numbers for people maybe interested in similar things.

1. Papercraft supplies (Paper, Paints, Craft Knife): 100B
2. Fancy Argentine Style Grill with brickwork (it isn't stainless steel, there's a split so there's 2 parts that can be done independently), and the spot on the left will be filled in with a pizza oven at a later date): 300B
3. Turning his attic into a workshop (mostly woodworking): 500B
